Our spacious apartments are rented on a monthly basis, with no initial investment other than a nominal community fee. Your monthly fee covers 24 hour staffing for peace of mind, dining with personal service, housekeeping services, paid utilities, including basic cable, maintenance, scheduled transportation and a full social and recreational program. Each apartment entrance opens to the interior of the property for convenience as well as security. Additional safety features are found within each apartment, including an emergency call system.

For those residents requiring more personalized care, we are also a state-licensed Residential Care Facility.   In our RCF, you will receive more customized assistance, if needed; such as medication management, assistance with personal hygiene and dressing as well as a dedicated staff, on-site 24 hours/7 days.
